Yes, we offer laser engraving on VELOY products. You can choose your name or initials when placing your order.
3. How do I choose my font?
When you select a product from the image gallery, you will see a picture showing the different lettering styles:
1. Select the font number (Arabic or English) from the drop-down menu in the engraving section.
2. Enter the name or initial you wish to have engraved on the product in the name field.
4- How long does it take to process an order?
● Orders without engraving: Processed within 24 hours.
● Orders with engraving: Processed within 1–2 business days. We begin shipping immediately upon completion.
5. How is shipping handled? How long does it take?
We ship to all cities in the Kingdom via approved shipping companies. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on the city.
6. Is the packaging suitable for gifting?
Yes, all Veloy products come in elegant gift-ready packaging, complete with a card and envelope for writing a dedication message.
7. Can I return the product?
You can return the product within 14 days for any reason, provided it is in its original condition and unused.
